2. Data and purposes
A real service might process a name, email address, party size, date and selected time to manage a booking and make contact if plans change.
The current version processes these details only in the browser to display a simulated confirmation; it does not transmit them to a server.
3. Legal basis and retention
Booking management would rely on taking pre-contractual steps requested by the user. Marketing communications would require separate consent.
Data would be retained only for as long as needed to manage the booking and meet legal obligations.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data would not be disclosed unless required by law. Technology providers, if engaged, would act as processors under the appropriate agreement.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability using the contact email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
6. Cookies
The website uses only a technical cookie named “lang” to remember the selected language. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
